October, November, December (excluding Christmas week), late February until mid May start of Bank Holiday.
  • Up to two people: £300 per week
  • Up to four people: £440 per week


June to September, also including Christmas, New Year and Cheltenham Spring Racing Festival and May Bank Holiday.
  • Up to two people: £420 per week, inclusive of linen, towels and electricity.
  • Up to four people: £540 per week, inclusive of linen, towels and electricity.


  • The cottage is closed after New Year until the end of February.
  • Weekly lets begin on a Saturday at 3.00p.m. until 10.00 a.m. the following Saturday.
  • Short lets are available from early Spring to end of May  and from beginning of October until December 18th for a minimum of 2 nights. Charges are  £26.00 per person per night, inclusive.
  • Prices are inclusive of electricity and logs for the fire but oil-fired central heating is metered and charged at the end of the stay., at the current litre price.
  • Children sharing their parents’ room are not charged.
  • A well-behaved dog is free.(or possibly 2 small dogs)  PLEASE CHECK BREED WITH OWNER BEFORE BOOKING.

  • All weekly lets run from Saturday to Saturday. Short lets (minimum of two nights ) can be arranged to suit your holiday plans.
  • All prices are inclusive of good quality linen and towels, electricity and logs for the fire. A cot is available, but we do not supply a mattress or cot blankets. A small child’s bed with bedding can be supplied on request.  We do not charge for small children occupying their parents’ bedroom.   No charge for dogs.
  • A high chair for young children is available.Please remember to ask us to supply this.

  • Bookings on-line.  If you wish to ask the owner further questions about the cottage. Call Sue Farr on 01989 740 253. You can also send an email to bookings@garrawaycottages.co.uk  or garrawaycottages@icloud.com to make an enquiry, or to reserve a booking. Booking Forms and our Terms and Conditions  can be sent to your e-mail address instantly and returned electronically.
  • A Booking Form and the Terms and Conditions can be sent by post if you do not use a computer. Firm enquiries are held for you while the booking process is completed.
  • Fill in the Booking Form and return with payment of the deposit.( 10% of the total rent ). The  Internet bank  details are on the Terms and Conditions.
  • Al payments are acknowledged .  A map of the immediate area will be sent  in case you don’t use Sat.Nav. Nine properties in How Caple share the same postcode so the map can be a great help.
  • At least two weeks before arrival pay the balance of your rent.
  • Keep the Terms and Conditions safely for reference.
  • Payments can be paid by cheque, made out to Garraway House Account, or by Internet Bank Transfer..  The balance of your rent should be sent at least two weeks before arrival.
